How far in advance should I make an airport booking?

We can accommodate bookings up to 24 hours before travel, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking your airport transfer 7–14 days in advance to secure availability, especially during peak times.

Are Airport pick up/drop off fees included?

Yes, our prices include all fees and tolls.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, all bookings must be made using a card. Once you book online, a secure payment window will appear. We can also arrange for a payment link to be sent via SMS. Once payment is received, you’ll receive confirmation of your booking.

How do I know my taxi has been confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your booking details once your card payment is received.

When being picked up from the airport, how will I locate my driver?

All airport pickups include a Meet & Greet service. Your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals, holding a name card.

You can expect your driver to arrive approximately 45 minutes after your flight lands, giving you plenty of time to clear passport control and collect your luggage. Once your vehicle has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your driver’s location in real time.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, don’t worry! Just be sure to provide your flight details (including flight number and arrival time) when making your booking.

Our dedicated team will monitor your flight status and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your driver is ready upon arrival.

If your flight is cancelled and you’re rebooked onto a different one, please contact us as soon as possible with your updated flight details so we can amend your booking.

Your designated driver will typically arrive 45 minutes after your flight lands to allow time for passport control and baggage collection.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. Contact us via WhatsApp if you need assistance.
Can I pre-book a cab for someone else?

Yes, you can make a booking for someone else — just let us know who the booking is for and include their contact number in your message. Please note that all bookings must still be prepaid online.

I left something in a cab — how can I get it back?
